Lockheed Martin is seeking a RF Systems Engineer with RF design, analysis, and test experience. The RF Systems Engineer will generate modeling/simulations for advanced control systems, build and test prototype hardware in the lab, and collaborate with a larger team for flight hardware configurations. Specific duties may include assisting engineers with antenna modeling, RF System modeling and requirements development. The individual will work closely with systems and design engineers to identify key RF hardware requirements which meet mission needs and will construct models for simulation. The RF Systems Engineer must be capable of utilizing a wide range of test equipment such as power supplies, DMMs, Oscilloscopes, RF Power Meters, Frequency Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, and Network Analyzers. Experience with MATLAB modeling is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from accredited university in Engineering, Physics, or related field
  • Demonstrate a strong fundamental understanding of RF couplers and filter designs
  • Experience with MATLAB
  • Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
