About The Position

An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. SUMMARY: This position is responsible for having the ability to accurately and timely rework and repackage merchandise while adhering to Company policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ability to rework merchandise to meet customers’ needs in a timely and efficient manner
• Responsible for removing packaging from merchandise and repackage which may include re-pricing depending on customer
• Ability to correctly replace new packaging and place on track
• Maintain good housekeeping in work area
• Ability and willingness to be cross-trained for multi job functions
• Ability to train as needed in Returns Department from customers (requires basic computer skills, ability to document all information on spreadsheets, complete Return Receiving Report in a timely manner)
• To complete additional tasks or assignments as needed given by management team.
