This role offers the flexibility and convenience of fully remote work, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the United States. The Rewards Specialist is responsible for leading complex compensation projects and providing high-level analysis and consultation to HR and business leaders to ensure compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and compliant. During the assignment this position will primarily support the annual merit, bonus and equity planning cycles, but may also assist with ad-hoc benefits projects.
