Citi’s United States Personal Bank (USPB) has a unique opportunity to leverage its consumer relationships, customer base, footprint, state of the art technology and leading consumer banking position to deliver customer value in a targeted and impactful way. We are seeking to hire a VP Rewards Optimization Product Development position to be part of the USPB Cards Pricing and Statement Operations team. The Rewards Optimization Product Development, Vice President position will report to the Head of Pricing Strategy and Optimization for USPB Cards (Branded Cards and Citi Retail Services) and will be responsible for the design, build, and implementation of new Rewards Optimization strategies and initiatives. This will include partnering with key stakeholders to define and write product requirements, and working with Tech to deliver features with high quality for Rewards Optimization initiatives. This role will require significant interaction with Technology and requires strong credit card/rewards and technical expertise, as well as excellent partnership skills to work cross functionally across the organization and with functions such as Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
