Who We're Looking For: As continues to scale, we need stronger operational consistency, clearer prioritization, and dedicated support for each GTM function. The Revenue Operations Manager plays a critical role in building scalable, predictable processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Renewals. You will lead and manage our RevOps Partner team, build a clear intake → prioritization → execution → adoption model, drive consistency in GTM processes, handoffs, and reporting, strengthen forecasting hygiene, lifecycle discipline, and operational alignment, and reduce escalations and create a stable operational layer beneath the Director of RevOps. This role blends people leadership, cross-functional partnership, process design, and hands-on operational execution.
