About The Position

We’re looking for a RevOps Lead to own the systems, data, and workflows that power our go-to-market motion. This role sits at the center of sales, marketing, product, and finance and is responsible for making sure revenue flows cleanly through the business. This is a hands-on role. You’ll be in HubSpot daily, building structure where needed, fixing what’s broken, and helping leadership make better decisions with better data.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in rev ops, sales ops, or similar roles at a saas company
  • Strong understanding of CRM management, territory design, and compensation modeling
  • Expert in HubSpot and modern GTM tools (ZoomInfo, AirCall, Clay, Gong, etc.)
  • Experience with financial workflows or ERP systems
  • Avoids shiny tool syndrome … but selectively implements tools that drive wins in the business

Responsibilities

  • Tier customers in HubSpot based on fit for sales coverage and ensure account data is accurate and complete in a repeatable system
  • Keep CRM company and contact data clean, optimized, and enriched using tools like Clay and ZoomInfo and more
  • Own all workflow management, data, and reporting in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Lead the sales operations function and partner with sales leadership to build and maintain territory and compensation plans
  • Own and manage the GTM tech stack across marketing, sales, and product (HubSpot, Aircall, etc)
  • Oversee integrations and workflows to make revenue and pipeline flow more efficiently
  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards to track key revenue metrics
  • Support sales and marketing leaders with data and insights to improve forecasting, conversion, and coverage
  • Review commission reports
  • Own company-wide VoIP system (Aircall) and sales-specific dialer tools
  • Own and optimize support tools and integrations to drive internal process and system efficiencies (Zendesk, Grafana, Zoho)
  • Own and optimize contract signature tools and integrations (Docusign + HubSpot)
  • Migrate to new NPS tool and own it on an ongoing basis
  • Help the finance team manage expense tooling
  • Participate in implementation of ERP and eventually drive process improvements on an ongoing basis
