That means finding, hiring, and retaining exceptional RevOps talent is directly tied to our ability to drive revenue, serve clients and scale responsibly. The RevOps Recruiting Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring our teams are strategically resourced and aligned with client and project demands. Over the last few years, we’ve grown from 3 employees to 25, and we’re not slowing down. With ambitious goals for 2026 and strong demand for our services, we expect hiring to accelerate significantly. This person will be responsible for hitting hiring goals, building and maintaining a strong network of RevOps contractors and partners, and optimizing our current recruiting strategy and processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys building relationships, improving operational workflows, and directly contributing to the success of both internal teams and client engagements.
