About The Position

We are seeking a talented and proactive Review Analyst to refine and enhance user-generated reviews. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal English skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to take initiative in maintaining high editorial standards. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable able taking on writing-related tasks, including drafting proposals, guides, and SOPs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
1–2 years of experience in content writing, editing, or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail with proven editing and proofreading abilities.
Proactive and ownership-driven mindset with the ability to suggest and implement improvements.
Proficiency in Excel, particularly for editing and managing text-heavy spreadsheets.
Ability to identify and eliminate AI-generated phrasing to ensure a natural, human tone.
Strong communication skills to provide constructive feedback and mentor Reviews Analysts when required.
Ability to maintain reports, track progress, and assess performance to drive continuous improvement.
Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in reviews editing or similar content-focused roles is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Extract and edit user-generated reviews.
Accurately copy and maintain all required data in Excel sheets.
Utilize AI tools and refined prompts to rewrite extracted reviews into a first-person, professional, and engaging tone.
Identify and remove AI-generated phrasing, repetitive language, and any sensitive or offensive content.
Enhance reviews strategically while preserving the original message and intent.
Edit and refine all reviews to ensure clarity, accuracy, proper grammar, and a natural, human-like flow.
Create creative and relevant titles that accurately reflect the review content with no discrepancies.
Maintain strict consistency in tone, structure, and editorial style across all reviews.
Uphold high editorial standards and ensure all content adheres to company and brand guidelines.
Work extensively in Excel to populate, review, and format master sheets while ensuring data integrity.
Continuously improve AI prompts and editorial workflows to enhance output quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to resolve inconsistencies, share best practices, and provide constructive feedback.
