About The Position

The Reverse Logistics Coordinator will support the Reverse Logistics Manager for DriveTime inventory related to wholesale grade units purchased through auction channels and/or going through the reverse logistics process. Coordinating with multiple department leads to gather information, submit and track DriveTime inventory and communicate with auctions. Coordinate the processing of returned vehicles from customers, retail partners, and vendors. Ensure timely evaluation, disposition, and routing of returned vehicles. Monitor reverse logistics workflows to identify delays, inefficiencies, and cost drivers. Maintain accurate records of returns, credits, and vehicle dispositions. Gather all relevant information necessary to facilitate a negotiation and resolution Escalate matters to management as appropriate Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to utilize databases/systems to review and verify documentation and information
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as legal documents and business correspondence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
