About The Position
The purpose of this position is to monitor and maintain the operation of the Reverb furnace.
Requirements
- Possess a valid US Driver’s License
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in industrial/manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to perform physical labor
- Authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Assists in monitoring and maintaining the feed system.
- Performs clean-up duties around the area assigned.
- Properly maintain lead and slag launder(s) fluidity.
- Certified to Operate mobile equipment such as frontend loader, fuel cart and forklift to assist feeding the Furnace raw materials and reagents.
- Certified to Operate Overhead Crane
- Adhere to all environmental rules and regulations as set forth by Revere’s Environmental policy.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Learn to monitor and operate Furnace SCADA systems.
