About The Position

We are seeking a Revenue Technology Manager to join our team and drive the administration, implementation, and strategic evolution of our revenue technology stack. This role is critical in ensuring our systems are optimized, scalable, and aligned with our go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate is a forward thinker who can take ownership, drive initiatives with minimal oversight, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful results.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in revenue technology, sales operations, or related fields, with hands-on experience managing revenue tech tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Nooks, etc.).
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of CRM administration, data structures, integrations, and process automation.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to anticipate challenges, proactively address issues, and drive strategic improvements.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Comfortable taking initiative, managing multiple projects, and delivering results with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Administer & Optimize Revenue Tech Stack: Act as the primary administrator for key revenue technologies, ensuring stability, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Salesforce, Process, and GTM Teams to align technology solutions with business needs.
  • Tool Implementation & Evaluation: Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new revenue tools, ensuring seamless integrations with our existing systems.
  • Strategic Process Enhancements: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase automation, and enhance data quality across the revenue tech ecosystem.
  • Project Execution & Change Management: Manage technical projects from scoping to deployment, ensuring smooth adoption and measurable impact.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand pain points and provide tech-driven solutions that enable efficiency.
