Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in Revenue Cycle, Medical Billing, Accounts Payable and Collections, or Overpayment Recovery is a plus-but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Revenue Cycle Recovery process to recover provider overpayments.
• Achieve and exceed monthly recovery goals to unlock performance bonuses.
• Communicate with providers quickly, efficiently, and empathetically.
• Maintain accuracy while prioritizing speed to maximize recoveries.
