About The Position

The Revenue Operations Specialist, Comfort focuses on operational readiness within our new product channels. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, this role moves newly signed HVAC, Heat Pump, and Home Electrification partners to a "ready-to-sell" status quickly and consistently. The goal is to shorten time to “ready to sell” and eliminate field time spent on logistics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, onboarding, or operational support.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Superior communication skills – both oral and written.
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in CRM management (Salesforce preferred).
  • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to the HVAC/Heat Pump and Home Electrification industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Process enrollment paperwork and ensure all legal/compliance documentation is complete for new HVAC and Home Electrification partners.
  • Own Salesforce account setup, ensuring clean contact data, correct role assignments, and accurate hierarchy mapping.
  • Coordinate and ensure the completion of standard onboarding steps.
  • Serve as the primary administrative problem-solver to keep Channel Account Managers (CAMs) focused on relationship building.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams including a dotted line relationship with the onboarding and compliance team to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • As required, develop and manage partner onboarding and implementation programs.
