Upwind is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Sr. Analys to join our growing Revenue Operations organization. This role will serve as a strategic and operational partner to our global GTM team, ensuring they are empowered with the processes, systems, insights, and enablement needed to drive predictable, scalable revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical abilities with exceptional business acumen and communication skills. You will play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes, improving system adoption, maintaining operational excellence, and enabling the Sales organization to perform at its highest potential. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. As an early-stage startup, we’re “all hands on deck”!
