The Revenue Operations Manager will play a central role in scaling our go-to-market engine as our Sales team doubles in size and we enter our next phase of rapid growth and consistent profitability. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Product, and our Business Systems team to optimize systems, data, pilot programs and processes that drive predictable revenue and world-class homeowner experiences. You’ll help define and track pipeline visibility, forecasting, and conversion performance across the full funnel, helping unlock meaningful improvements in efficiency and growth. This is also an exciting opportunity to explore and implement cutting-edge AI use cases across Sales and Customer Experience, shaping how we operate at scale.
