Position Overview The Manager, Revenue Operations leads the billing/invoicing and collections functions and has shared ownership of the process and systems that connect Salesforce (CRM/CPQ) and NetSuite. This role is accountable for accurate, timely invoicing, strong cash collections, and end-to-end order-to-cash process optimization. A key part of the job is expanding automation of order processing between Salesforce and NetSuite, reducing manual touchpoints, improving data integrity, and enabling scalable revenue growth.
