Internship Details: This opportunity combines a summer internship with a 15-week co-op and is designed for actively enrolled undergraduate or graduate students graduating between December 2026 and May 2027. The role requires full-time availability (40 hours per week) during Summer 2026, with the opportunity to continue part-time (up to 20 hours per week) in Fall 2026. This is a hybrid role that includes both remote and in-office support. Interns are expected to work onsite on Wednesdays at our South Congress office, with the possibility of additional in-office days based on team needs. The summer internship runs from June 3 through August 7. Following the summer term, participants will transition into the co-op portion of the program. Overview of Job/Team: We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and proactive Revenue Operations Co-op Intern to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, specifically supporting our Alliances team and working closely with cross-functional partners including Partner Success, Product Success, Marketing, and Enablement. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure and real-world experience into how data partner ecosystems operate within a high-growth SaaS cybersecurity company. You will work at the intersection of data, systems, and go-to-market strategy, helping to improve how we manage and report on partner data, optimize processes, and scale operations. You’ll gain experience working with CRM systems, sales tools, and operational workflows while contributing to meaningful projects that impact the business.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and pursuing a degree in Business (Finance, Marketing, Operations, Administration), Management Information Systems (MIS), Data/Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Available to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer term.
  • Based in Austin, TX, with the ability to come into the office once a week (Wednesdays).

  • Interest in working at the intersection of business operations and data + improving how data is defined, collected, and used
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with an appreciation for structure and process
  • Ability to think creatively and approach problems with curiosity and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus), and comfort working with structured data (e.g., spreadsheets, tables)
  • Interest in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Data Analytics, or Finance as a potential career path
  • Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn, experiment, and take initiative
  • Exposure to or interest in tools such as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), GTM tools, BI systems, or AI platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the Alliances team by contributing to partner lifecycle operations and helping drive efficient, scalable processes
  • Help maintain and improve data quality across partner and integration records to ensure accuracy and reliability for reporting and decision-making
  • Assist in improving manual workflows and exploring opportunities to leverage automation or AI within our CRM + other GTM and analytics tools, which will help our teams and processes scale efficiently
  • Explore how we can improve how partner data is collected, standardized, and made available for reporting and analysis, with the goal of surfacing actionable insights and improving visibility into business and financial impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into structured go-forward motions, and contribute to/support ongoing initiatives
