Position Summary We’re seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations Associate to join our dynamic team shaping Harness’ go-to-market strategy and global expansion. Blending high-level strategy, detailed analytics and on-the-ground operations, we act as data-driven partners to GTM leadership in defining top revenue priorities, developing new initiatives and owning field execution. In this position, you will play an integral role in driving global GTM plans & programs and be a strategic, day-to-day partner to senior business leaders. As part of a wide-ranging role, you will manage GTM-wide forecasts & KPIs, optimize business performance & efficiency, stand up new processes & programs and make recommendations on long-term strategy. Reporting to the Revenue Operations & Strategy Manager, this is a high-visibility position with senior cross-functional exposure across the company, particularly with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and other Operations teams.
