We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Revenue Operations and Event Manager to serve as a critical driver of Koalafi’s revenue growth and merchant engagement by blending operational excellence with high-impact event execution. The Revenue Operations and Events Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of Sales and Marketing requests, ensuring every initiative—from merchant-facing materials to strategic promotions—is delivered efficiently, accurately, and on time. In partnership with Marketing and Sales, the Revenue Operations and Event Manager will help elevate Koalafi’s presence in the market through thought leadership distribution, coordinated merchant launch promotions, and the creation of engaging giveaways and contests that drive new enrollments and sales volumes. They will also oversee the production of marketing and point-of-purchase assets, ensuring quality execution across all merchant touchpoints. On the events side, this person will plan and execute more than 20 conferences and client events annually, owning end-to-end logistics including budgets, timelines, vendor contracts, and onsite coordination. They will collaborate cross-functionally to define event goals and ensure all materials align with Koalafi’s brand and regulatory standards. Through performance tracking, ROI analysis, and post-event reporting, they will continuously refine Koalafi’s event strategy and ensure each event contributes directly to lead generation and business growth. This role will require 25-50% travel.
