About The Position

onPhase is seeking a detail-oriented RevOps Analyst to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and Revenue Operations function. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with foundational Salesforce administration experience, strong analytical skills, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced FinTech SaaS environment. The RevOps Analyst will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and play a key role in maintaining CRM data integrity, delivering actionable insights, and supporting operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including basic administrative functionality
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with datasets, reports, and dashboards
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, with advanced capability in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification or progress toward certification
  • Experience with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Exposure to revenue and sales performance metrics (e.g., pipeline, ARR, conversion rates)
  • Familiarity with Go-To-Market processes and SaaS revenue models
  • Experience with SaaS Tools such as Gong, Chili Piper,ZoomInfo,Linkedin Sales Navigator

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce CRM, including basic administration, user support, data hygiene, reports, and dashboards
  • Build,maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards to support pipeline management, performance tracking, and forecasting
  • Assistwith data analysis and visualization to support GTM planning, territory analysis, and leadership reporting
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across Salesforce and integrated systems
  • Respond to operational and reporting requests from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Support documentation of GTM processes, reporting definitions, and operational best practices
  • Assistwith ad hoc analysis and special projects led by Revenue Operations
