The Opportunity We are hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst, CX to support and scale our Customer Experience organization through systems ownership, data integrity, and operational excellence. This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success, Support, and Revenue Operations and plays a critical part in ensuring our post-sales teams have the tools, insights, and processes they need to drive customer value, retention, and growth. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, CX, you will own and administer the core Customer Success technology stack, partner closely with CX leaders and frontline teams, and translate real-world workflows into scalable, reliable systems.
