About The Position

The Revenue Manager would serve as the primary HR contact for 10 Los Angeles–based hotel properties, including the 7 Mogul properties plus the additional LA location. The role would be routinely visiting with regular on-site rotations at the properties and periodic presence at the Corporate Office in Orange County. Given the operational needs, candidates must be based within a reasonable commuting distance of LAX, as regular on‑site visits to our Los Angeles–area hotels are required each month.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hotel revenue management experience with multi-unit revenue support demonstrating the ability to analyze key hotels market activity
  • Certified in Marriott Revenue management system, OneYield v2
  • IHG and Hilton Revenue management systems proficiency
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the company portfolio
  • Microsoft Office business application proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Property Sell Strategy
  • Understand and assess the pricing of competitors, the dynamics of the local market, the elements of demand and price optimization
  • Chair the development of all pricing and market mix strategies. Provide strategic tactics based on historical data and current market trends
  • Assist in the development and execution of a strategic plan and the Annual Operating Plan for the company.
  • Property Forecasting
  • Develop and maintain short and long term transient forecasts
  • Monitor group sales forecast to ensure forecast accuracy
  • Revenue Systems Task
  • Maintain revenue management systems
  • Implement pricing and availability decisions in PMS system
  • Ensure the accuracy of the hotel information and develop procedures on daily maintenance and general functionality
  • Meetings/Communication
  • Host & organize Revenue Management Meetings
  • Analyze & share market trends & best practices
  • Establish and maintain meaningful external and internal relationships
  • Work cross-functionally with key departments to align priorities, foster collaboration, and implement data-driven action plans that maximize revenue performance
