The Revenue Manager is a key role in the SmartStop operations team and will have a direct impact on performance of the organization. Reporting to the COO, this high visibility role will work across departments to manage pricing activity in concert with sales campaigns, new market development, seasonal activity and mature property evolution. In this role, you will optimize the companys revenue by analyzing data, setting pricing strategies, and forecasting to maximize profitability.
