This role focuses on managing and optimizing marketing ops processes, tool adoption, and driving operational excellence across O&O channels. You’ll partner with technical teams, marketing strategists, and external vendors to translate business needs into actionable plans. Success means enabling accurate data flows, improving growth marketing processes across all channels, and facilitating initiatives that deepen player engagement. Your work will help Blizzard leverage data responsibly and creatively to enhance global marketing impact. Responsibilities This position ensures the smooth execution of growth marketing initiatives by coordinating timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional deliverables. You will serve as a key liaison between technical and marketing teams, championing best practices and operational improvements.
