About The Position

Lemonjuice Capital Solutions invests in fractionally owned real estate and upgrades the property to the highest and best use for today’s environment. We reimagine the ownership, governance, and operations of the properties. The Revenue Manager is a key strategic leader responsible for driving revenue optimization and profitability across a portfolio of properties located throughout the United States. This fully remote position requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional who leverages data-driven insights, market research, and collaborative strategies to maximize RevPAR, occupancy, and overall hotel performance. The incumbent will work closely with property General Managers, sales, marketing, and distribution teams to deliver consistent and effective revenue management solutions aligned with organizational objectives.   • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CRME) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ progressive experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with responsibility for multiple properties or a national portfolio.
  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and analytics software.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills; proven ability to collaborate and lead effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and support a diverse, distributed team and collaborate effectively across time zones, including coordinating with colleagues who work European hours.
  • Strong understanding of distribution channels, digital marketing, and pricing strategies in the hospitality industry.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing market dynamics across varied U.S. regions and property types.
  • Ability to implement new processes and procedures in a fast paced and high growth organization.
  • Self-starter who doesn’t need a lot of direction.
  • Demonstrates initiative and performs effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive revenue management strategies for multiple hotel properties across diverse geographic markets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and historical booking data to forecast demand and establish optimal room rates, inventory controls, and distribution strategies.
  • Oversee daily operations of revenue management systems, ensuring accurate availability, rate parity, and channel management across all online and offline platforms.
  • Prepare and present detailed revenue, pickup, and performance reports to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis and market intelligence.
  • Partners with property teams and corporate stakeholders in a remote setting to set revenue targets, monitor performance, and implement tactical promotions to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of all distribution channels, identifying opportunities to increase direct bookings and reducing cost of acquisition.
  • Lead regular remote meetings and training sessions with on-site teams to ensure consistent application of revenue management best practices and adherence to company policies.
  • Remain current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory considerations affecting hotel revenue management nationwide.
