The Revenue & Reservations Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize room revenue, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR) at the Waikiki Resort Hotel. This role leverages data-driven insights and competitive intelligence to maximize RevPAR while aligning with the hotel's brand standards, inventory strategy, and operational capabilities. In addition to revenue management, the position oversees all reservation operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellent guest service. Through effective forecasting, pricing strategies, and team leadership, the Revenue & Reservations Manager plays a critical role in both the hotel's financial success and service delivery.
