About The Position

The Revenue Management Consulting Analyst plays a key role in maximizing growth and revenue opportunities for the Enterprise, Alamo, and National brands within Home City Operations, while also developing Airport Operations expertise and supporting airport markets. This position is responsible for conducting in‑depth data analysis, identifying performance trends, and recommending pricing strategies that strengthen competitive positioning across near‑term, long‑term, and special event/holiday reservation periods. The analyst will work closely with field operations teams, Senior Vice Presidents, and Corporate leadership to deliver insights that drive strategic decision‑making. This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Requirements

  • Must have one of the following:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and two (2+) years experience in either Travel Industry Revenue Management, Accounting/Economics/Finance or Pricing Analysis OR
  • Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or closely related math field
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current and historical market performance, leisure trends, and competitive conditions to identify opportunities for growth and revenue optimization.
  • Assess demand flow across assigned geographic markets and communicate insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor one-way business performance and provide guidance on net flow management.
  • Generate analytical reports that measure market performance and support both field operations and departmental needs.
  • Utilize back‑casting techniques to evaluate growth potential and ensure performance targets are met within Home City markets.
  • Apply and develop forecasting capabilities across revenue, yield, daily/weekly performance, and long-term demand outlooks.
  • Leverage back‑casting knowledge within Airport markets to track progress toward current and future goals.
  • Provide informed fleet recommendations based on short- and long‑term demand expectations.
  • Maintain strong familiarity with all business channels, including replacement, international, commercial, and government.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within sub‑channels and accounts.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and behavioral patterns; recommend strategic pricing adjustments.
  • Manage standard product lines and gain exposure to new and emerging product categories.
  • Share demand and inventory insights during fleet calls, offering market‑specific recommendations to operating groups and leadership.
  • Build strong working relationships with operational teams and collaborate with the Fleet Strategy Manager to enhance fleet optimization.
  • Work closely with other Revenue Management team members to support shared goals and processes.
  • Apply strong working knowledge of revenue management platforms, rental and reservation systems, and relevant reporting tools.
  • Continue to develop system proficiency and analytical capabilities, particularly as they apply to Airport business.
