The Revenue Management Analyst is responsible for the administration and support of revenue management systems at assigned properties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of multifamily experience with Community Manager or higher required
  • Yardi/OneSite experience required
  • 1-2 years of LRO / AIRM experience required
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management, Adobe

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and integration issues between RMS and PMS
  • Create revenue management program pricing and implementation proposals
  • Participate in weekly revenue management pricing and renewal calls; shadow Revenue Manager in performance of duties
  • Conduct property onboarding, remedial, and ongoing training sessions with end users and Supervisors
  • Set up new properties in RMS and conduct ongoing review of new lease and renewal parameters, amenity values, lease terms, competitor data and other optional parameters
  • Evaluate properties’ rental revenue performance against financial objections and report on variances
  • Monitor adoption and compliance
  • Conduct competitor property and submarket analysis, including “shopping” the competition
  • Compile and deliver daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting as needed
  • Communicate with Property and Regional Managers regarding pricing changes, renewal rates and proposed property adjustments
  • Prepare agendas and facilitate internal/external meetings
  • Be proficient and knowledgeable on all software programs used in the leasing process at the communities and coach community employees to effectively use the systems and tools
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Required Travel <25%
