Responsible for optimizing hospital and professional revenue, identifying potential revenue leakage while ensuring organizational compliance in charging and billing practices. Interfaces directly with Clinical Department Leaders. Utilizes data analytics and process improvement techniques to support the accurate capture of charges, identifies meaningful opportunities to improve, and works closely with physician leadership, partnering with Compliance to provide education and training. Responsible for facilitating ongoing communication through reports and regular presentations.
