About The Position

Analyzing excel reports in extensive detail - will need RCM experience but will be running reports for each department to identify specific needs, shortfalls, or workflow. Will be analyzing the data to support the teams in missing collection/ billing gaps for each facility and payer! There are more than 80+ tabs on the excel sheets organized by both facility and payer!

Data entry and 10-key by touch.
2-3 years of related experience in cash posting and reconciliation, EOB analysis, balance transfers, posting refunds, misc. cash, write offs and contractual adjustments.
Overall knowledge of business procedures.
General knowledge of third payers, and billing procedures and guidelines.
Experience with automated patient accounting systems and automated billing and collection system.
Type 50 wpm.
Operate personal computer, 10-key.
Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
