Position Summary The Revenue FP&A Manager will lead revenue-focused FP&A for our aerospace business with a strong commercial & military orientation. Support weekly and monthly revenue forecasting, pipeline analytics, and price realization across OEM and Aftermarket. Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Program Management, Contracts, and Pricing to drive bookings growth, improve forecast accuracy, and support profitable deals and long-term agreements. Align the demand outlook with SIOP and capacity plans.

Requirements

Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus.
8-12+ years in FP&A or Commercial Finance; 7+ years in aerospace/defense or complex industrials.
Demonstrated ownership of revenue forecasting, pricing, and commercial deal support; OEM and Aftermarket exposure required.
Familiarity with LTAs, escalation/indexation, and program economics.
Ability to travel [~10-20%] to operating locations (UK, California, Kentucky) as needed.
Advanced Excel modeling; planning tools (SAP FC preferred but not mandatory); Power BI; ERP (SAP); CRM (Salesforce).
Strong financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data storytelling; ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
Revenue recognition (ASC 606), FAR/DFARS (awareness), ITAR/EAR (awareness).
Understanding of SIOP, backlog dynamics, and bookings-to-revenue conversion.
Executive communication, stakeholder management, structured problem solving, bias for action, and a continuous improvement mindset.
