About The Position

We are seeking a Channel Enablement Program Sr. Consultant who will lead the strategy and execution of channel enablement initiatives that drive partner success, enhance sales performance, and strengthen the overall partner ecosystem. This individual will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop training programs, resources, and tools that empower partners to effectively position and sell our products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or enablement.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel enablement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with training and development, including instructional design.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive channel enablement strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize key initiatives to enhance partner performance and engagement.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for channel partners to ensure they understand product offerings, value propositions, and sales techniques.
  • Create and maintain a repository of training materials and resources, including online modules, webinars, and product documentation.
  • Partner Resources: Develop sales enablement tools, including presentations, case studies, and competitive analysis, to support partners in the selling process.
  • Ensure partners have access to the necessary resources to efficiently sell our products and services.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of channel enablement initiatives.
  • Analyze partner performance data and provide insights to drive improvement and growth.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging and execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners regarding enablement resources and training.
  • Continuous Improvement: Solicit feedback from partners on enablement programs and continuously refine strategies based on input and market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in channel sales and enablement.
