Role We are looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to join our team. This is a fully remote role, reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Enablement - Shared Services in the Revenue Enablement department. This role will be managing programs across Revenue Enablement that impact adoption of enablement offerings. This person will be partnering across the enablement organization and creating compelling stories and narratives that will impact adoption and field success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing or a related field
  • 8+ years experience developing internal campaigns or engagement activities, preferably in the technology space, experience in change management and adoption
  • A proven track record of creating strategies across multiple channels and creating digital content and activations that drive engagement, get results, and align with our brand and voice
  • Exceptional writing, editing, digital skills, and strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing a complex workload
  • Strong collaboration and ability to advise and influence clients in a way that builds trust and confidence

  • GTM experience and familiarity with field roles and preferences
  • Enablement platform expertise, digital media, and design skills
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to improve processes and output

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating across the Revenue Enablement team to understand priorities, programs, and actions for the field.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, translating complex initiatives and organizational changes into clear, relevant narratives that resonate at scale
  • Creating and executing strategies that balance program-specific enablement launches to drive a cohesive and engaging field experience
  • Partnering with GTM Communications teams to ensure alignment and integration into their communications strategy
  • Supporting and leading multiple projects and programs across the Revenue Enablement teams, including events like Sales Kickoff.
  • Owning high-impact programs from strategy through execution, utilizing a mix of digital platforms and methods to reach a diverse global audience
  • Measuring the success of engagement and enablement initiatives across multiple platforms and channels
