About The Position

As a Revenue Enablement Coaching Program Specialist, you will work directly with revenue professionals—including SDRs, BDRs, AEs, AMs, SEs, and PSS—providing tailored coaching programs designed to enhance sales effectiveness, confidence, and long-term success. You will take on individual sellers as ‘clients,’ guiding them through structured coaching engagements over a defined period to develop their skills, improve performance, and achieve their sales goals. This role requires deep expertise in sales methodologies, coaching best practices, and performance analytics to create personalized development plans that drive measurable results

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales coaching, or sales.
  • Hands-on experience coaching revenue professionals across multiple roles (SDRs, BDRs, AEs, CSMs, SEs, PSS).
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPIC, Challenger, SPIN) and their practical application.
  • Strong ability to analyze sales performance data and provide actionable coaching insights.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to develop high-performing sellers.
  • Experience using conversational intelligence and coaching tools (e.g., Gong, Chorus, Mindtickle).

Responsibilities

  • Take on sales team members as coaching ‘clients,’ working with them in structured engagements over a set period.
  • Conduct skill assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development.
  • Develop and execute individualized coaching plans that align with role-specific challenges and goals.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, actionable insights, and reinforcement to drive behavioral change and skill mastery.
  • Lead 1:1 coaching sessions focused on sales execution, deal strategy, objection handling, and customer engagement.
  • Utilize call coaching tools (e.g., SalesLoft) to analyze sales conversations and provide targeted feedback.
  • Conduct role-plays, live deal reviews, and shadowing sessions to reinforce learning and refine sales techniques.
  • Partner with sales leaders to identify team members who would benefit most from targeted coaching engagements.
  • Work closely with enablement, sales ops, and frontline managers to ensure coaching aligns with broader enablement initiatives.
  • Provide managers with coaching playbooks and best practices to reinforce skills within their teams.
  • Define and track key success metrics, such as quota attainment, deal velocity, pipeline progression, and win rates.
  • Leverage data and feedback to refine coaching frameworks and improve overall program effectiveness.
  • Maintain detailed coaching progress reports and communicate insights to leadership.
