Job Summary: The primary function of the Revenue Cycle System Administrator is to oversee and monitor the continued development of revenue cycle systems to ensure the successful delivery and effectiveness of the support provided to franchise partners across the Vital Care network.

Requirements

  • Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Highly effective communicator with superior listening, understanding, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Must be able to communicate issues and offer suggestions to management for process improvement.

  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Previous experience in the home infusion industry required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree Preferred.
  • CareTend, CPR+, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintenance of revenue cycle-related functionality within CareTend and Waystar.
  • Manage RCM-related Help Desk tickets.
  • Develop controls and manage access to payer web portals.
  • Oversee payer enrollments for ACH payments and electronic remit feeds.
  • Oversee payer enrollments within Waystar.
  • Specify users and user access levels for Waystar.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
