Requirements

  • Experience or knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle preferred
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Document current-state revenue cycle workflows and processes
  • Assist in developing future-state project plans and structures
  • Support the creation and maintenance of revenue cycle policies and procedures
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
  • Monitor performance metrics using quality improvement methodologies
  • Collaborate with revenue cycle, clinical, and administrative teams
  • Prepare reports and documentation for leadership
