The Revenue Cycle Program Coordinator for the Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) plays a key role in establishing, strengthening, and coordinating the department’s billing and revenue cycle operations. This position works with the department’s Billing Analyst to support the development, implementation, and ongoing coordination of revenue cycle workflows across multiple public health programs. The role partners with leadership, clinical and program teams, third-party billing and electronic health record (EHR) vendors, and financial stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant billing processes. In collaboration with the Billing Analyst and third-party billing vendor, the Revenue Cycle Program Coordinator translates insurance requirements and regulatory guidance into clear operational procedures, training materials, and standard operating procedures. The position also monitors updates to insurance policies and billing regulations, communicates relevant changes to staff, and supports quality assurance efforts to ensure processes are implemented consistently and in alignment with established standards.
