About The Position
A health system transitioning from Meditech to Epic (go-live end of October) is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Operations Leader to oversee operational workflow design and guide a team of RCM operations analysts. The organization is behind on workflow build and needs a strong operational leader.
Requirements
- Experience working in an Epic Foundation environment (operational role)
- Background in centralized/SBO revenue cycle operations
- Strong workflow design, documentation, and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Lead revenue cycle operations during Epic transition
- Oversee Front, Middle, and Back Office operational analysts
- Direct centralized patient access and revenue cycle workflows
- Interface with executive leadership, RCM leadership, and CFO
- Work directly with operational end users to define future-state workflows
- Translate business requirements into clear guidance for Epic analysts
- Help develop operational workflow blueprints and process standards
