Requirements

• Associate's degree in related field or minimum 10 years accounts receivable management experience required in a healthcare environment.
• Extensive knowledge of a billing and Audit functions
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree
• FDCPA background
• Experience with HBOC STAR, SSI Billing System and PCON

Responsibilities

• The Billing & Audit Coordinator will oversee all aspects of insurance and government billing in additional to government follow-up, and accounts receivables reimbursement and contractual review for all three facilities.
• The position will initially oversee 2 supervisors, 3 leads and, indirectly, a number of billing, auditors, collectors and reimbursement staff.
