About The Position

Join All Points North as a Contract Revenue Cycle Analyst. You will assist in oversee ing daily operations, ensure financial accuracy, and drive KPI achievement across multiple locations.

Requirements

• 10+ years in insurance billing/RCM
• 5+ years in team management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Expert in Excel and RCM software (NetSuite, Salesforce, Kipu, etc.).
• Strong background in financial analysis and reporting.
• High-integrity leaders who are proactive problem-solvers.
• Detail-oriented professionals who can adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare RCM, preference for multi-facility environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily billing, collections, and deposit reconciliations.
• Assist in o versee ing team KPIs and ensure goals are met across all billing functions.
• Deliver executive-level reports on cash flow, A/R aging, and denials.
• Ensure precise claims submission and data entry in NetSuite.
• Monitor audits, write-offs, and adjustments; serve as a liaison between clinical and finance departments.
• Assist in o versee ing utilization review and specialized revenue cycle teams.
