As a professional in this role, you will be assisting in the insurance process for our patients. Due to the high amount details and electronic tracking of information, this position requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and computer literacy. As a Patient Referral Coordinator you will work in conjunction with Regional Reimbursement Specialists to ensure patients are being billed appropriately for their dialysis treatments. Though you will be a part of a team of coordinators, you will work largely independently. Your organizational skills will be utilized daily, and your attention to detail and problem solving skills will be put to the test! You will be called on to provide the highest level of customer service to all constituents involved in the insurance process. This is a fast paced position that requires you to communicate clearly and concisely. The ability to present yourself professionally over the phone and via email is essential to this role, as telecommunication will be your primary mode of interaction with constituents.
