We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented revenue auditor to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is responsible for completing daily financial reconciliations and supporting front desk operations during morning hours. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently.

Requirements

• Available overnight and flex-ready—because hospitality never sleeps.
• Experience with hotel management and accounting systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Familiarity with credit card processing and merchant software.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform morning audits for multiple hotel properties from a centralized office
• Review and reconcile prior-day financial reports and transactions
• Ensure accuracy of guest accounts, payments, and system postings
• Support front desk teams by answering questions and helping resolve discrepancies
• Identify and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain organized and accurate audit documentation
