Reporting to the Director, Revenue Accounting, this position will play a highly impactful role in building and scaling a world-class revenue accounting function at Intercom. You will collaborate across Revenue, Finance, IT, Legal, and GTM teams to ensure accurate and efficient revenue operations as the business continues to grow. This role will be instrumental in leading key aspects of the month-end close, standardizing reconciliations and analytical processes, and improving the overall rigor and scalability of our revenue accounting operations. You’ll also help drive automation and leverage AI-powered tools to modernize workflows and reduce manual effort. We are seeking a driven, open-minded, and technically strong individual with deep revenue accounting experience who is excited to build scalable processes in a fast-paced AI environment. This role requires strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP (ASC 606), excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to operationalize complex revenue flows.
