What you'll do at Jamf: The Revenue Accountant will work as part of a collaborative revenue team. This role will coordinate revenue posting and reporting, making sure all transactions that impact revenue are accurately accounted for. This role is offered as remote in Minneapolis, MN, Eau Claire, WI, or Austin, TX. You may be required to work periodically at a Jamf office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter. Requirements

• Ensure the accurate posting and reporting of contract revenue schedules and service revenue
• Review of renewal contracts and make adjustments to ensure revenue timing is accurate
• Learning and gaining an understanding of software revenue recognition principles, ensuring compliance with ASC 606
• Perform revenue allocations required under ASC 606
• Assist in revenue reports for management and external reporting requirements
• Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests
• Work with team and Revenue Manager on special projects
• Assist with audit requests
• Minimum of 1 year of revenue accounting experience (Required) OR 3 years general accounting experience (Required)
• Ability to work in a high growth, fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Excel skills

Nice To Haves

• Software industry experience (Preferred)
• Experience with ASC 606 (Preferred)
