This role will partner with our business stakeholders across the business to translate key business objectives into operational processes and systematic changes in order ensure scalability as we drive the business forward. This individual will be responsible for prioritizing and identifying the most impactful asks from the business, combining business context and technical understanding to determine feasibility and the best path forward, and working with our partners across all operational functions to plan and execute these changes. As we continue to grow the Technical Programs team, this individual will be key in driving innovation to execute on smaller changes more quickly and with fewer resources in order to shift the focus towards more strategic initiatives.
