As the Returns Team Lead, (internally known as Team Lead, OEM Parts Wrangler) you will help with new -hire training, problem-solving, and operational oversight to our larger and more automated DC. By taking on the team lead role, you’ll get a greater level of responsibility and further your career development. You will work a dual role leading on the warehouse floor but also communicating with customer service regarding customer concerns.

Requirements

  • You’re a top performer in your current role at Parts Town and ha ve experience in r eceiving
  • You are a reliable team-player, and want to dedicate your career within Parts Town Distribution Center
  • You are available to work Monday through Friday 6:00am-3:00pm and are able to work Saturdays when needed
  • You possess the ability to move around for long periods of time and consistently lift up to 4 0lbs unassisted
  • You have great communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

  • Daily oversight of all team members on the preferred methods for r eturns, w arranty, and i nbound o rder q uality and troubleshooting daily transactional problems
  • You’ll pull/pack/ship warranty returns and research RMA and warranty information
  • Communica ting with customer service regarding RMA/ROSD/Warranty
  • Assisting in providing support for Inbound WIP Test ing , develop ing, and document ing standard operating practices for Returns Department
  • Assign ing catches when necessary based on reports and consultation with your supervisor
