Process all returned merchandise to be exchanged, returned to stock, returned to the manufacturer, donated or discarded in a timely and accurate manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Compare merchandise with original requisition and customer feedback to identify reason for return to include incorrect item, quantity mismatch or a defect in merchandise. Call or email customers as needed to obtain additional information concerning their return and/or for placing an exchange order. Inspect merchandise to determine disposition of item. Pull Order up in GQ System and process for credit and/or exchange. Completes all forms required for returned goods. Package and label merchandise to be entered back into stock.
