Requirements

2-3 years of warehouse experience preferred
Strong hand-eye coordination and listening skills
Basic computer proficiency; Salesforce or other CRM tools a plus
Experience with UPS CampusShip and WorldShip (domestic and international shipping) is helpful
Ability to work safely, efficiently, and with consistent attention to detail
Comfortable with continuous standing and physical activity
Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

Process, sort, and organize incoming Customer Success returns
Prepare and ship missing parts or accessories for existing orders
Conduct shipment preparations and manage returned items efficiently
Follow standard warehouse and safety procedures
Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Stand and walk for an entire 8-hour shift aside from scheduled breaks
Maintain an appropriate dress code (casual, closed-toe shoes, no loose clothing, hair tied back if long)
