About The Position

Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort offers a luxurious adults-only wellness enclave on the secluded Hawaiian island of Lāna‘i. The resort’s 10 spa hales are luxurious, Japanese-inspired oases of calm, each one featuring an ofuro bathtub, infrared sauna, steam, indoor and outdoor showers, oversized massage tables, private plunge pools and cozy lounging areas. Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

Requirements

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
Strong Customer Service skills
Weekend and holiday availability required

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness, set-up, and overall spa & Housekeeping standards across the Movement Studio’s, Fitness Center, Yoga Pavilion, Hales, and all spa areas
Ensure all public spa spaces, including restrooms, are fully stocked with guest supplies and amenities and presented immaculately at all times
Refresh and replenish towels, amenities, and refreshments throughout the day to maintain luxury service standards
Respond to all guest interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally to maximize comfort and satisfaction
Assist guests with the use, set-up, and basic operation of fitness machines and equipment to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience
