About The Position

Maintenance Operations Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively. Conduct routine property inspections to identify and address safety hazards or maintenance needs. Ensure all make-ready units are completed to quality standards within required timelines. Leadership & Supervision Provide direction, training, and support to maintenance team members. Assign daily work orders and monitor progress to ensure completion and compliance with company standards. Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and evaluating maintenance staff performance. Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable work environment. Safety & Compliance Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations, local codes, and company safety policies. Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance logs, and material inventories. Manage compliance with preventative maintenance schedules and property inspections. Oversee proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials. Vendor & Inventory Management Coordinate and supervise outside vendors and contractors as needed. Monitor and maintain inventory of parts, supplies, and equipment. Review and approve invoices for maintenance-related expenses within budget guidelines. Resident Relations Respond promptly to resident service requests with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain a high standard of customer service to promote resident satisfaction and retention.
